The hair colours are as close as possible but are never 100% accurate. Lighting, screens & the device you're viewing on can alter the actual colour so please understand the colours may vary when you receive your package.
Duty & Custom Fees charged by your country of origin are not included in our prices. We are not responsible for any unexpected charges you may incur for International orders as they are out of our control
Canadian Orders:
All domestic orders are shipped through Canada Post or UPS & typically take between 1-6 Business Days.
International Orders:
All orders outside of Canada are shipped via DHL. Shiptection Package Insurance is REQUIRED for all international orders.
Any duties or customs fees imposed by your country are not included in our prices. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not liable for any unexpected fees incurred during international shipping, as they are beyond our control and therefore, non-refundable.
