HELP SESSIONS
Need extra support with your new wig, topper, or extensions—whether it’s from Flox Hair or another brand? Book a 1-on-1 help session, either virtually or in-store, for up to 1 hour of personalized guidance. We'll assist with fit, styling, blending, and answer any questions you have to help you feel confident and comfortable.
Help sessions must be pre-paid & are non-refundable.
Canadian Orders:
All domestic orders are shipped through Canada Post or UPS & typically take between 1-6 Business Days.
International Orders:
All orders outside of Canada are shipped via DHL. Shiptection Package Insurance is REQUIRED for all international orders.
Any duties or customs fees imposed by your country are not included in our prices. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not liable for any unexpected fees incurred during international shipping, as they are beyond our control and therefore, non-refundable.
While we strive to match hair colours as closely as possible, they may not be 100% accurate. Variations in lighting, screen settings, and devices can affect how colours appear. As a result, the actual product colour may differ slightly from what you see online.
