Come by our private shop for a scheduled consultation up to 1 Hour. We can discuss your hair needs, colour, sizing & answer any questions you have! If you have existing hair pieces, please bring them!
PLEASE NOTE: To be able to try items on, your hair & scalp must be clean, no abrasions or scalp issues (open wounds or sores), no dandruff or odour (including smoke). A quick scalp assessment will be done prior to trying on!
Canadian Orders:
All domestic orders are shipped through Canada Post or UPS & typically take between 1-6 Business Days.
International Orders:
All orders outside of Canada are shipped via DHL. Shiptection Package Insurance is REQUIRED for all international orders.
Any duties or customs fees imposed by your country are not included in our prices. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not liable for any unexpected fees incurred during international shipping, as they are beyond our control and therefore, non-refundable.
While we strive to match hair colours as closely as possible, they may not be 100% accurate. Variations in lighting, screen settings, and devices can affect how colours appear. As a result, the actual product colour may differ slightly from what you see online.
