Flox Hair - USA Customer Tariff Policy

At Flox Hair, we value our customers in the United States and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. As a Canadian business, we want to ensure transparency regarding tariffs, duties, and other potential fees associated with international shipping.
Tariffs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders shipped from Canada to the USA may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection and vary depending on the product category and order value.

Flox Hair is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by U.S. authorities.

Responsibility for Charges:

The recipient (customer) is responsible for any additional charges incurred at customs. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs at checkout.

Shipping & Customs Clearance

Customs inspections may cause delays in delivery. Flox Hair is not liable for any delays due to customs clearance.

Returns & Refunds

Non-Refundable Duties & Taxes:

If a customer refuses to pay customs fees and the package is returned to Flox Hair, a refund will be issued minus the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. If Flox Hair incurs ANY fees due to refusal of package acceptance by the customer, those fees will be deducted from your refund.

Duties and taxes paid to customs authorities are non-refundable by Flox Hair. Customers must contact their local customs office for potential reimbursement.

Flox Hair reserves the right to update this Tariff Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

By placing an order with Flox Hair, USA customers acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this Tariff Policy.
SHIPPING:
All orders will be processed through UPS/ Canada Post. Buyers will receive tracking updates for their orders via their email address provided at checkout. Canada Post will continue to update as they process each request. Carrier updates can vary depending on Country or region as Canada Post integrates with multiple shipping partners across 192 Countries.
All orders take a minimum of 24 - 48 hours to process for shipping. You will receive notification when your items have shipped (includes tracking).
The following shipping options are available in 3 separate zones: Canada, USA, and International. Please read the shipping information pertaining to your Country of origin carefully.
Note – Flox Hair will also receive updates on all products shipped as well as notification from Canada Post of all delivered and received items.

Uninsured – Your package will not be insured through Canada Post. In the unlikely event that a package is lost during shipping, Flox Hair will not be held accountable. Flox Hair is committed to working with Canada Post in order to help find and track any lost parcels through the shipping process. Any lost packages will not be refunded. You must add SHIPTECTION Package Protection (auto selected at checkout) for your package to be covered.
USA
All United States Residents will have the following shipping options:
1. Expedited Parcel (Uninsured) 7-14 Business Days.
Uninsured – Your package will not be insured through Canada Post. In the unlikely event that a package is lost during shipping, Flox Hair will not be held accountable. Flox Hair is committed to working with Canada post in order to find and track any lost parcels through the shipping process. Any lost packages will not be refunded. You must add SHIPTECTION Package Protection (auto selected at checkout) for your package to be covered.
INTERNATIONAL
Sorry, we don't not currently ship to Italy.

PACKAGE INSURANCE
To add full package protection and receive a full refund if your package is lost, you must select Shiptection Protection at checkout. This is a paid service and fulfilled through Shiptection. If you do not select Insurance at checkout, Flox Hair is not responsible for reimbursement if your package is lost or stolen.
In the event your package is deemed lost in transit, customers that purchase Shiptection will have to contact Shiptection support & file a claim. Flox Hair has no connection or tracking ability once a package is lost so all communication must be directly through SHIPTECTION. To learn more, please visit https://www.shiptection.com/consumers
IMPORTANT SHIPPINGS FAQs
Customs Fees - All international orders including to the USA may incur customs and duties fees which are the responsibility of the customer. FloxHair is not responsible for any customs fees you may incur during the shipping process.
Customs Delay – Please note that delays in the shipping process and estimated shipping date may occur due to your Country Border Customs process. Border delays of any kind are out of our control.
Customs Restrictions – Please note that in the unlikely event that your final destination borders do not allow for real Human Hair pieces to enter, Flox Hair will not be held responsible for the product being held or destroyed by the Customs agency. Please be sure to read your country policies prior to ordering real human hair.
Canadian Tax – All Canadian orders will be charged tax at a rate of the regulated provincial rate on all products. All other international orders will not incur Canadian tax on the product.
Estimated Tax During Purchasing - It is important to note that International orders will see an estimated tax amount on their product which will NOT be included in the final price. Your price will update once your shipping details are completed showing you are ordering from outside of Canada.
