International Orders: Any duties or customs fees imposed by your country are not included in our prices. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not liable for any unexpected fees incurred during international shipping, as they are beyond our control and therefore, non-refundable.
Canadian Orders:
All domestic orders are shipped through Canada Post or UPS & typically take between 1-6 Business Days.
International Orders:
All orders outside of Canada are shipped via DHL. Shiptection Package Insurance is REQUIRED for all international orders.

Had an amazing experience from start to finish at Flox Hair with a private consultation and wig fitting. All of my questions were answered and I found the perfect wig for me. All the women at the shop are very knowledgeable and extremely professional and nice. It is scary starting a wig journey, but these ladies made it fun and easy! Highly recommend Flox Hair for both service and quality of their products. Thanks again!!
